Day 1
Nairobi to Masai Mara
Drive along the Great Rift Valley, stopping at the escarpment viewpoint, before arriving in the Masai Mara in time for lunch. Afternoon at leisure, then an evening game drive as the plains come alive at dusk. Private bush dinner under the stars with traditional Maa songs and dance. Meals and overnight at Ashnil Mara Camp / Emayian Luxury Camp.
Day 2
Masai Mara — balloon safari & full-day game drive
Early hot air balloon safari over the Mara followed by a bush breakfast, then a full day of game drives — the Mara is one of the few places in Kenya with an indigenous black rhino population. Lunch at a picnic site overlooking the Mara River's hippos and crocodiles. Meals and overnight at Ashnil Mara Camp / Emayian Luxury Camp.
Day 3
Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru
Game drive en route to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive in search of the park's black and white rhino, flamingos and rich birdlife. Meals and overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.
Day 4
Lake Nakuru to Amboseli
Morning game drive before the transfer to Amboseli, arriving in the late evening beneath Mount Kilimanjaro's snow-capped peak. Meals and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge / Amboseli Sentrim.
Day 6
Amboseli — full day
A full day of game drives with a packed lunch, tracking Amboseli's predators, zebra, giraffe, hippo and elephant herds against the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. Meals and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge / Amboseli Sentrim.
Day 7
Amboseli to Watamu
Early game drive and breakfast before transferring to Nairobi (by road or rail) and connecting via Malindi Airport to Watamu. Evening arrival with a Swahili-inspired dinner by the coast. Overnight at Turtle Bay Beach Resort.
Day 8
Watamu — beach day
A full day to unwind — sunrise over the Indian Ocean, a guided beach walk, and meals served on an all-inclusive basis. Overnight at Turtle Bay Beach Resort.
Day 9
Watamu — ocean boat ride
A relaxed day at leisure with a boat ride on the Indian Ocean included. Overnight at Turtle Bay Beach Resort.
Day 10
Watamu to Nairobi
A final morning on the coast before an afternoon transfer to the airport and a flight back to Nairobi. Overnight at a partner hotel in Nairobi ahead of your international departure the next day.
