Day 1
Nairobi to Amboseli
Board Kenya's modern railway from Nairobi and arrive in Amboseli, where our representative transfers you to your lodge. Check in and settle in with the cool mountain breeze of Amboseli. Meals and overnight at your Amboseli lodge.
Day 2
Amboseli — full day
A full day of game drives around Amboseli's elephant herds, with views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Lunch at Observation Hill, taking in sweeping views over the park, before an afternoon game drive through to sunset. Meals and overnight at your Amboseli lodge.
Day 3
Amboseli to Mombasa
An early game drive and breakfast before checking out for a further two-hour game drive en route to the railway station. Board the train to coastal Mombasa, where our guide transfers you to your hotel — The Reef Hotel, Neptune Beach Hotel or Bamburi Beach Hotel. Meals and overnight at your Mombasa beach hotel.
Day 4
Full day at the coast
A full day to relax on the Mombasa coast, with Swahili cuisine served throughout. After lunch, visit Haller Park for a hands-on giraffe feeding experience and a look at the resident rescued animals. Meals and overnight at your Mombasa beach hotel.
Day 5
Mombasa to Nairobi
A final relaxed morning before checkout, with lunch served as you prepare to depart. Transfer to the railway station for the journey back to Nairobi, arriving by around 8pm.
